You are not required to be at the Draw Down to be eligible to win.  However, if you are not present and you want someone to be able to act on your behalf, you must furnish that person a completed and signed limited power of attorney for as represented in the accompanying form, which should be furnished to Our Daily Bread prior to the commencement of the Draw Down.

LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY TO BE USED ONLY AT THE OUR DAILY BREAD DRAW DOWN ON APRIL 26, 2019.

By appointing an Attorney-In-Fact, you agree to allow the designated person to act as your true and lawful attorney-in-fact for you and in your name, place, and stead and on your behalf, and for your use and benefit, with the power to appoint his/her/its substitute, to present and act for you regarding all decisions to be made regarding the Draw Down, consistent with you instructions set forth in the accompanying form.  This instrument shall be constructed and interpreted as a limited power of attorney.  The list of specific items, rights, acts, or powers herein shall be limitation or restriction on other powers and rights not specified and is not to be construed or interpreted as granting general to your attorney-in-fact.  The rights, powers, and authority of your attorney-in-fact granted in this instrument shall commence and be in full force and effect through 11:59pm on April 26, 2019, at which time the power shall be terminated.  If this limited powered of attorney is executed and provided to Our Daily Break without designation of an attorney-in-fact, the undersigned shall be deemed to have appointed Our Daily Bread as the undersigned's attorney-in-fact
